Turning More Into Less
Driving the energy transition takes more than ambition: it takes integration. In a market full of niche startups and legacy utilities, Plan B Net Zero set out to build something fundamentally different: a vertically integrated energy ecosystem uniting generation, storage, control, and supply under one roof.
We created a brand principle that redefines what growth means in the energy industry: More Is Less. The more renewable energy is generated, the less instability, harm, and dependency there is. This paradox captures Plan B’s vision of progress as collective strengthening—not consumption.

The Challenge
Communicating their model clearly across multiple audiences—investors, acquisition targets, and end customers alike. They needed a brand that could prove sustainability at scale, show that the energy transition can be antifragile, and position vertical integration as the key to long-term impact.
The Solution
The brand design builds on this mindset: confident, modern, and distinctly human. Strong colours, decisive typography, and optimistic imagery create an identity that signals both competence and conviction. We also developed the market entry strategy, storytelling framework, and digital touchpoints to connect investors and customers to one unified story.

To bring the brand’s purpose to life, we designed a hero module for Plan B’s website that visualises renewable energy generation in real time.
Depending on the visitor’s location, it displays terawatt-hours and gigawatts produced—transforming abstract sustainability claims into tangible proof.
It’s data storytelling at its best: a seamless connection between technology, transparency, and trust.

Turning more into less.
Proof that purpose and profit can align.
