- Client relationship building and nurturing: You’ll work directly with clients and make sure they’re satisfied.
- Developing clear lines of communication and connection with the client to help the creative team deliver extraordinary work for them
- This extends to aftersales communications, because we want them to tell the world how fantastic it is to work with CRU.
- You are also responsible for potential upsells during the project and can negotiate yourself.
- Client advocate: You will be tasked with deeply understanding the client’s wishes and goals
- Translating the client’s goals to the creative team
- Reviewing creative work to ensure that all deliverables are being met, and doing some basic quality assurance
- Account Management: You will be responsible for keeping creative projects on task, wrangling creatives and herding clients along.
- Creating (realistic) project plans and aligning our team’s talent with the client’s desires
- Budgeting and keeping an eye on our creative capacities
- Developing and maintaining project goals
- Classic Project Management: You’ll also work as the intermediary between client and creative during important milestones along the project.
- Briefing, and re-briefing according to what the client needs (or thinks they need)
- Facilitating kick-offs and feedback rounds
- Preparing for meetings and following up with the team afterwards
- Collecting feedback: Actively seeking out feedback on projects before, during, and after
- Helping to optimize our processes for both future clients, and internally
- Mentorship: Offering guidance and advice for junior Account Managers on the team.
